Shawn Woznicki is a creative leader with 17+ years of experience building and scaling brands across startups and global companies. His work sits at the intersection of strategy and craft, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual systems and stories.

He is currently a Creative Lead at Walmart, leading brand identity and creative for LocalFinds and GoLocal. He partners across marketing, product, and business teams to bring cohesive experiences to life, from campaigns and merchandising to customer-facing product touch points, while shaping scalable creative processes and external partnerships.

Previously, Shawn was Head of Design at LiveEasy, where he built and led a multidisciplinary team across brand and product. Before that, he served as Senior Director of Brand Design at Shipt, where he founded and scaled the company’s first in-house creative team across marketing, spatial, and brand. During his tenure, Shipt was acquired by Target, and Shawn played a key role in evolving the brand from an early-stage startup into a nationally recognized service, including leading a full rebrand and establishing a unified design language system.

Earlier in his career, he held roles at Dwell, Mag+, and Forbes, leading brand, digital, and editorial design for major media brands including TIME, LIFE, Popular Science, and Forbes.

Shawn builds brands that are clear, scalable, and built to last, while developing teams that do their best work together.
